Ample to clear margins, manuscript canceled on locally address cover; cover with slight manuscript offset from contents and small sealed tear at left, Very Fine, an extremely rare on cover usage of the Priest's Despatch Bronze on Bluish stamp, with three examples known and only two used on cover, this being the only known local usage, ex Chapman.
