Siberia / Passed as Censored. / Base Censor" handstamp (Van Dam C-11) on cover to Maryland, "U.S. Postal Agency, Siberia, Feb 19, 1920" postmark tying portion of Russian franking affixed on front and reverse, from U.S. Army officer, Lt. Rattach, attached to the Russian Railway Service Corps, located at Olovyannaya, Siberia; cover repaired at top right corner, otherwise Very Fine, Lt. Rattach's involvement in Siberia during WWI and the evacuation of Czech soldiers, is mentioned in the book White Terror by Jamie Bisher.
