Tied by bold blue "Cincinnati, O., Jan 10" cds's on 1859 cover to London, England, red London entry postmark and manuscript docketing on face; light cover toning around stamps (Weiss cert. states cover stains lightened and left stamp with short perf at bottom left which we feel are in error), otherwise Very Fine; with clear 1983 P.
