Leaf cancel (Rohloff L-2) on locally addressed Travelers Insurance Co. corner card cover, with matching "Waterbury, Con, Aug 30, '66" cds alongside; stamp with some light perf toning and cover with small opening tears at top, an Extremely Fine strike, The W. Crowe census records 16 on cover usages of this Waterbury fancy pictorial cancel, this being the only example with a 1¢ stamp, ex Matthies, Houser; with 1990 P.F. certificate.
