Stockbridge, July 16, 1792. Straight line postmark on folded letter to Suffield, Conn., with manuscript "postage 6d" and "8 Cents" rate notations; light sealing wax tone spot, nearly Very Fine, very rare, one of only two known. Estimate $500 - 750.
