In 2 Palo specialty albums, one for mint and the other for used, the mint is quite well-filled, beginning with Navigation & Commerce values (missing the #15, 18), pictorials complete, most surcharges, etc., best being 1941 "France Libre" complete; quite well filled from 1956 onwards but not complete for the period; used in 2nd album rather spotty; generally fresh, very colorful. Estimate $400 - 600.
