NGL Line Steamship "Hansa" to Germany, New York September 10th - Bremen September 23rd 1868. Envelope posted at Dundee, Missouri August 31st with postmaster pen cancelling 1861, 3¢ rose, strip of 3 and single (top of vertical strip of 3 folded over flap). On arrival at Bremen the Van der Linden type 120 was struck but the significance of the manuscript "1" is not known. Atlantic Transit 13 days to Bremen; tiny cover edge tears, F.-V.F.
