Addressed to Bad Homburg, Prepaid the 15 cent rate via Hamburg to Hessen-Kassel of October 1859. Reverse bears Unidentified 25 mm "D 5 / 11/5" stamp, a Hamburg transit of May 12th and Frankfurt arrival of May 14th. U.S. 15 cent payment made with 1861-63, 10¢ green + 5¢ brown (5¢ s.e. at right) tied by red "X" cancels. Atlantic Transit 13 days to Hamburg, Very Fine. Scott No. 68+76 Estimate $200 - 300.
