Envelope posted at Jasper, Indian on 20th July addressed to Lucern, Switzerland but underpaid 4 cents of the August 1861 treaty rate via Bremen of 19 cents. A 12 cent credit to Bremen shown by the "NEW YORK 12 BREM PK PAID / JUL /30" departure stamp. Franked with manuscript canceled 1861, 5¢ buff, three singles. Atlantic transit of 12 days; few stamp flaws and small sealed cover nicks at top, otherwise Very Fine. Scott No. 67 Estimate $500 - 750.
