Six overprints on registered cover to Germany, 2 of the values are the scarce 48 degree varieties of 20pf & 50pf overprints; all tied by "Saipan * Marianen 14/11/00 cds's"; there is a vertical fold barely noticeable and not affecting stamp; philatelic but most attractive nevertheless, a Very Fine cover; with 1988 Steuer certificate.
