In red and blue (Dietz F7-9) on cover franked with a U.S. 3¢ 1857 tied by "Culpeper C.H., Va./May 11, 1861" cds to Meechums River, Va.; sender has added "In Toto" on the bottom bar of the flag; reduced somewhat at right, Very Fine, a gorgeous example of this rare Patriotic design.
