Four large margins, tied by incomplete "Atlanta, Ga/May 31 " cds's over indicia of a U.S. 1¢ Star Die entire to Anthony Shoals, Ga.; stain at upper right affect two stamps and cover cut in half and rejoined vertically between 1st and 2nd stamps of strip, open on three sides, otherwise a F.-V.F. appearing example of this rare franking.
