Mexico 1914 "Gobierno Constitucionalista" Overprint Issue Stock. Starts with a used copy of Sc. 421 (signed on back), on the 1910 issue and the postage dues it is complete mints (several times) and in blocks also numerous inverted and double overprints, 2 fake Sc. 421 are noted and not counted in the evaluation, most of the rest that were checked (many have not been) were genuine, a valuable holding, F.-V.F., retail marked on sheets $3,100.
