On piece with 3 giant margins, oily double lined box cancel of Apaseo (Sz. 1283), an incredibly rare bisect for the ½r rate, Follansbee lists only one circular also from Queretaro, unlisted on piece, Very Fine, only the 2nd known copy of this bisect.
