Rare printed frank on 1860-61 3¢ pink entire (slightly oxidized) with "Tracy & Co." ribbon frank at left & struck with "Wells, Fargo & Co./Portland" handstamp in blue, addressed to California, edge wear & flap missing, F.-V.F., the "One Dollar" printed frank is the rarest of the Salmon River & Nez Perces Express franks & a nice conjunctive usage on this cover.
