St. Offutt", postmarked "Richmond, Va.Aug. 15" cds with straight line "Free" handstamp, addressed to the Postmaster at Pinckneyville, S.C., included is Post Office Department, Contract Bureau printed Postal Act signed by Offutt dated Sept. Sept. 16, 1863 for Route 2481, this does not belong to the entire & is tape stained & split along folds, entire reduced at right with small corner repair, F.-V.F., ex-Antrim. Estimate $200 - 300.
