Dec. 27, 1863" double-circle datestamp on cover to Wright's Bluff S.C., pencil "Due 8" indicating that cover was not accepted for circular rate despite the fact that the flap is unsealed with full gum, stamp affected by trace of two light horizontal file folds (not mentioned on 2009 C.S.A. cert.), still Very Fine& interesting usage.
