Cut to shape as always, in conjunction with 1851, 3¢ dull red, type II (small faults), both tied by New - York, Feb 13 cds on small cover to Boston, Mass., Very Fine, one of three known examples of the Third Ave. Post Office stamp on pink paper, with only two examples on cover, this is the only example known tied to cover; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
