Margins large to touching at left and in at top, tied by red "New York, 5cts, Sep 13" cds on folded letter sheet to Boston, Mass.; some restoration of first line of address panel, F.-V.F., a great on cover rarity and the only known Bouton's Manhattan Express stamp tied on cover, only four other on cover examples known all of with are uncanceled; with 2009 P.F. certificate. Scott No. 17L1 $4,500 uncanceled.
