Blood & Co., City Despatch, Paid" circular handstamp at left; sheet missing sideflaps, Very Fine, an extremely rare usage of the City Despatch Post striding messenger stamp on cover, ex Kleman, Emerson, Brown; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
