Margins clear to into frameline at bottom, pencil canceled (cert. notes pen) on folded letter which it did not originate and tied by "10" handstamp which is a counterfeit, otherwise Fine, still a very rare stamp; with 2009 P.F. certificate. Scott No. 10LB2 $7,000 for used off cover.
