Tied by straight line "Postage Due" handstamp on 1904 incoming Inca Mining Co. corner card cover from Carabaya, Peru to Concord N.H., franked with Peru 2c black & red, pair + 5c blue tied by Carabaya postmarks, N.Y. 10cts due handstamp and receiving backstamp; cover with clipped corner, F.-V.F., a very scarce provisional postage due usage.
