Postmasters' Provisional handstamps on cover franked with 1863-64 10¢ blue (large margins) affixed over the markings & tied by "Cuthbert, Ga." cds, the adhesive has been subsequently moved & hinged in place, addressed to Atlanta, flap torn, Very Fine and choice, ex-MacBride; with 1984 P.F. certificate.
