Machine cancel (Bomar STL04-07) on reverse of Expo. postcard with imprint View from the tower of the German House (printed in German), franked on the face with 1¢ Louisiana Purchase tied by St. Louis Exposition Sta. machine cancel (Bomar STL04-05B), card is unaddressed, however it may have been a folder type card as the left portion appears to be torn away, this may hve been the addressed panel, Very Fine, a very unusual item as this Post Office marking was normally found on their souvenir handout cards given away at the Post Office Exhibit during the Fair. Estimate $200 - 300.
