1861, 3¢ pink. S.e. at right on 1861 folded letter sheet made from Louisville and Troy Packet illustrated way bill form, in combination with 1857, 3¢ dull red (s.e. at left), canceled by blue grid cancels with matching Louisville, Ky cds alongside, F.-V.F., a lovely and most certainly a Old Stamps Not Recognized usage, signed Ashbrook as probable the usage and certificate noting 1861 3¢ as a rose pink; with 2008 Weiss certificate.
