Bannock, City, I.T." oval handstamp one over scroll frank and other canceling indicia, docketed "Taken from the Post Office" and "Opened & Filed" by B.F. Ruggles on Jun 19, 1864; couple tiny edge tears, Very Fine, a very scarce usage of the Tracy & Co. Boise Express frank. Estimate $1,000 - 1,500.
