Mar 21 1870, double circle postmark in red clearly struck on cover to Pennsylvania with lovely printed Thatcher Bros. corner card, franked with 1869 3¢ ultramarine (defective) with unusual matching red circular cancel, returned to sender as undeliverable; enclosed ornate letterhead in gold and black, Very Fine, very colorful and appealing.
