Pueblo Col T Aug 23, black cds and matching target cancel ties 1861 3¢ rose on 1867 cover to Pennsylvania, slightly reduced at right, just affecting stamp, small ink stain at bottom, otherwise Very Fine, This was the first handstamped Pueblo postmark; the device was in use for approximately 16 months, illustrated in Jarrett's Colorado book. Estimate $200 - 300.
