Mostly mint in two Scott albums with select colonies and offices well formed; with strong completion in various colonies including general issue with first issue study */o and mostly complete later issues including complete dues with additional, Alaouites & Algeria near complete, good Andorra including back-of-the-book, completion in later Cameroun including the 1940 Spitfire airmail set, Dahomey, good early Diego Suarez */o, etc., offices occasionally sparse with better sets, some Congo and better early Guiana issue, basis completion in Oceanica mint, better Indo China sets, Ivory Coast & good Madagascar and Mauritana, complete Mayotte, better Somali Coast singles and sets, Wallis & Futuna France Libre set, offices with some good completion in select areas, some additional better singles and sets in glassine and stockcards that had not been assembled into collection; nice fresh material throughout with condition above the norm overall.
