Mint & used on album pages; Congo with regular issues complete for the period including all the better early King key values, semi-postals complete virtually all mint except on lesser value, airs, dues and complete parcel posts including mint #Q1 (signed) & Q4, Belgian East Africa mostly complete for the period and including some G.E.A. issues; condition mixed with many better issues present, inspection a must. Estimate $750 - 1,000.
