Folded letter sheet with manuscript "pr America" routing, red curved "Paid" handstamp, pencil "72"and manuscript "4/" due markings, receiving cds on the reverse, this was in the middle of the restored rate period but the payment of "72" cents (3 x 24 cents) in New York, and collection of 4 shillings (G.B weight progression went from a double to quadruple) in G.B. was at the previous retaliatory rates; file folds, F.-V.F.
