Cons 38-69, lower right quarter of stamp on 1869 folded letter to San Juan Bautista, tied by "Huyman/Guillo" straight line handstamp (Schatzkes 1567AA); slight cover aging and a couple small internal holes, still Very Fine, a great fractional postage rarity, one of only two usages known of the 1868 100c quadrisect used on cover; with 1976 MEPSI certificate.Scott No. 64c Estimate $5,000 - 7,500.
