Oct. 6, 1900" circular datestamp & red Nogales registry datestamp, affixed is El Paso Tex. registry label and Mexican registry handstamps, receiving backstamps, Very Fine and rare, a colorful and very scarce example of the El Paso registry label, which was affixed to registered mail crossing the border to and from Mexico.
