Cancelled by blue geometric fancy cancel and tied by matching "New York City Mar. 26" circular datestamp on Mercantile Library corner card cover to local address, stamp defective at top right probably from separating, otherwise Fine; with 1986 P.F. certificate incorrectly describing this as Scott 87, the horizontal grill ridges are quite evident and corrected 2004 P.F. certificate.
