Tied by red grid cancel on 1862 folded letter sheet to Amsterdam, Holland, sent British open mail rate via Ostend, blue London transit backstamp and manuscript "2/-" rate, forwarded to Amsterdam and charged "160" due in manuscript, with receiving backstamp in red, Very Fine, a very scarce franking to this uncommon destination; with 1999 P.
