Single remaining from a pair originally tied by Pa. town datestamp on orange cover to London, England, forwarded within England, forwarding postage paid by Great Britain 1p Red tied by "75" in grid over space where 12¢ stamp was removed, "London E. C. No 12 59" datestamp, minor edgewear, a Very Fine usage, with 1993 P.F. certificate incorrectly describing this as Scott 36b.
