Jul. 3" circular datestamp on 1858 cover to Singapore, magenta manuscript "28" credit for 33¢ rate -- evidently underpaid as there is no evidence of missing stamp -- red 1858 British transit datestamp also ties stamps, second strike at left, red "New-York Br. Pkt." backstamp, small tear at top of cover, Very Fine and attractive; with 2003 P.F. certificate. Scott No. 33 Estimate $750 - 1,000.
