Cork canceled on reverse of 1888 incoming cover from London to San Francisco, Cal., front franked with G.B. 1d lilac pair tied by London postmarks, San Francisco receiving cds and "U.S. Charge To Collect, 12 Cents" handstamp, cover with light tone spots and slight rough opening at top, F.-V.F., a very rare multiple usage of the 1884 3¢ Postage Due issue, with a single stamp off cover cataloging $250; with 1982 P.F. certificate.
