Tied by cog-wheel cancel with matching "San Francisco, Sep 11" cds alongside on 1867 cover to London, England, blue "Post Office, Victoria Vancouver Island, Paid" in oval handstamp and red "New York, Br. Pkt., 19" exchange cds, London receiving backstamp; stamp with small corner crease and cover with a few small edge tears and slightly reduced at left, F.-V.F., a very scarce usage from Victoria; with 2006 P.F. certificate.
