Circular sawtooth date stamp (similar to Williams SBA-2170) on registered cover to Boston, Mass., franked with 1882-83, 2¢ + 10¢ banknotes tied by star in circle handstamps, receiving backstamp, Very Fine, a very scarce postmark, unlisted in Williams.
