Extensive collection mostly mounted on display pages in 8 binders; focusing on the 1899, 1903 & 1910 issues but also includes material from the later Civil War period; a vast array of usages including better foreign destination, large and mixed frankings, registration, better towns and routings, postal stationery including mint and specimen, auxiliary markings, Wells, Fargo Y Cia, 1910's U.S. - Mexico mixed frankings, section of official mail including off cover sets & specimens, civil war period material with some scarce provisional usages, railroad, etc.; condition mixed however well above the norm, F.-V.F (no photo).
