Tying 1890, 10c vermilion on 1894 International Mining Co. of Washington D.C. corner card cover from San Miguel Del Mezquital to Zacatecas, stamp additionally tied by red "Catalina" straight line handstamp, Torreon transit cds (in the wrong direction), reverse with company date stamp and receiving cds; light cover folds, Very Fine, no explantation has been found for the Catalina handstamp.
