Great Britain, 1855, 1d red brown. Tied by "Aberdeen, De 1, 1856" barred numeral duplex postmark on mourning cover to Bridge Water, Nova Scotia, "5d" debit handstamp and blue "Liverpool, De 2, 1856" transit backstamp, carried by the RMS 'America' on December 6th and was damaged by a storm, returned with mail transferring it to the RMS 'Canada' which left December 12th, "H., N.S., De 23" oval entry backstamp and matching "7½d" due handstamp, receiving backstamp, Very Fine, an interesting usage from Scotland.
