Tied by light Milledgeville, Ga. cds on a legal-size official cover front to Savannah, Ga. and forwarded to Monteith, Ga., with imprint of the State of Georgia/Adjutant and Inspector General's Office. The cover was turned and reused to Milledgeville with Savannah cds and "Paid/50" in pencil (on reverse), F.-V.F., a marvelous and very scarce usage; with 2006 C.S.A. certificate.
