Miller Consul" & at bottom left "via Honolulu & San Francisco", upon arrival in San Francisco a black "San Francisco, Cal/ Free" cds was applied as the was to be sent free for official mail, pencil docketing, Very Fine, a wonderful usage from Hilo with the free franking privilege.
