Confederacy 1863, 10¢ blue, "frame lines". Block of 4, without gum, clear to large margins showing full frameline at left and most of framelines at bottom, bright color, thins in top left stamp and barely noticeable faint stain spot at right in bottom right stamp, Fine appearance, the only known block and one of only a few large multiples in existence, the others multiples being in strips, a great C.S.A. rarity; with 1979 P.F. certificate.
