Press-printed imprint on cover to Pamplin's Depot, Va., clipped upper right corner restored where apparently postage and postmark had been, otherwise Fine, a very rare example of this unissued Provisional entire, with approximately 10 to 12 examples known; with 1989 C.S.A. certificate. Estimate $1,000 - 1,500.
