Neat manuscript postmark (Williams ELD-3790) on cover to Latrobe, Cal. franked with 2¢ green Bank Note, cancelled by neat manuscript "1888", some soiling & flap tear which extend slightly onto front, Fine, a rare postmark & the only recorded manuscript postmark used from the second period. Estimate $100 - 150.
