Six 10¢ Nesbitt entires addressed to Nashua, N.H. and postmark at Todd's Valley, each with original enclosure from brother to sister regarding life in the gold country, some interesting content regarding an 1860 fire in town, snowstorm, stealing from sluiceboxes, etc., also includes first letter written in 1855 from Sacramento City after the trip out to California; few of the entires with edge wear and small tears, F.-V.F.
