Blue two line postmark (Williams TUO-1340) with manuscript "10" rate on folded cover to Baltimore, letter with interesting contents which mentions water shortage to wash gold dust due to drought, Democratic Presidential convention & Sam Houston, Very Fine and choice, a very nice strike of this postmark & the earliest recorded example. Estimate $200 - 300.
